No employee should take advantage pf another employee or costumer through actions such as manipulation, concealment, abuse of confidential information. Union pacific protected groups like of race, color, sex, national origin, disability or others.
  • In a restaurant the manager told the employess to throw away every cv of muslim people, it was impossible to hired musslim people in the restaurant, because stereotypes of muslim people being rude with costumers, dirty at the time of cleaning work and problematic people with the other staff.
